A book about drug induced hallucinations, metaphysical ramblings & the city of Bombay in the past and present esp. before and after the catastrophic 1992 riot. The language is poetic, dreamlike & IMO deeply influenced by western literary tradition, and most characters like Dimple, Mr Lee, Rumi & Rashid are interesting and quite memorable.
